Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Sendyan Arts Factory For Wooden Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in CNC machine operation, quality inspection, machine calibration, and basic preventive maintenance.

CNC OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate.
  • Proven experience in CNC machine operation, setup, calibration, quality inspection, and production monitoring.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine programming adjustments and machine setup.
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements.
  • Check CNC programs and adjust machine settings to achieve optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform machine calibration and ensure equipment is properly configured before production.
  • Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Complete production records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and routine cleaning to support smooth operations.
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
