QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline. Additional coursework or certification in auditing, operations management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, auditing, or process analysis is preferred is a must.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational data and identify areas for improvement.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail is essential for accurately assessing operational processes and documentation.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and basic data analysis tools.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and convey audit findings and recommendations.
• Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive operational information with discretion.
• Time Management: Basic time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with audit teams.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing audit requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Data Collection: Gather and compile data related to various operational processes and activities within the organization.
• Process Documentation: Assist in documenting and mapping operational procedures, workflows, and standard operating protocols.
• Audit Planning: Collaborate with senior auditors and audit teams to plan and schedule operational audits.
• Audit Execution: Execute audit procedures, including examining operational documents, conducting interviews, and observing processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and operational information to identify inefficiencies, deviations from standard procedures, and areas for improvement.
• Compliance Check: Ensure that operational processes comply with established standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Report Preparation: Prepare reports summarizing audit findings, recommendations, and proposed
  solutions for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Recommendations: Provide input and suggestions for process improvements and operational
  enhancements based on audit results.
• Communication: Collaborate with various departments and team members to discuss audit findings, gather additional information, and assist in the implementation of recommended changes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of audit documentation, reports, and related materials
