South Avenues Saloon & SPA Company For Ladies is seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order throughout the salon and spa facility in Kuwait. The successful candidate will clean treatment areas, workstations, waiting areas, restrooms, floors, furniture, and salon equipment while following proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

CLEANER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or a similar field.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning, hygiene, disinfection, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning products, disinfectants, and basic cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, sweeping, and mopping for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining required salon sanitation standards.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to follow instructions, workplace policies, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the salon, including workstations, treatment areas, waiting areas, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and other surfaces regularly.
• Dust, wipe, and clean furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and other salon surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize salon chairs, mirrors, sinks, counters, and other service areas.
• Clean and sanitize tools and equipment as instructed by salon staff.
• Assist salon personnel in keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready for client services.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage properly according to salon procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, tissue, and other necessary materials when required.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Clean spills and other messes promptly to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary restroom facilities throughout the working day.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning products, disinfectants, and other cleaning chemicals.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform routine cleaning before opening, during operations, and after closing as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards in areas used for beauty and spa treatments.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored after use.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow salon hygiene, sanitation, health, and workplace safety policies.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working around clients and salon staff.
• Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by management.
