CIVIL / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Prove experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects in Saudi Arabia (Ex Abroad ONLY)
• In-depth knowledge of constructions methods, materials and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with Driver’s License
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software and fluent in English and both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision and leadership to construction teams, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Coordinate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and standards
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment
• Train and mentor junior site staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
