Health Services and Medical Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Child Care Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field. The ideal candidate should have experience caring for children and monitoring pediatric health conditions, with the ability to observe child development, assess health status, document patient information, and promptly report concerns to parents, guardians, or supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Previous experience caring for children or working in a pediatric or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic pediatric health assessment and child development.
- Ability to observe and monitor children’s physical and behavioral conditions carefully.
- Ability to accurately measure, record, and report pediatric vital signs.
- Skilled in collecting and documenting medical histories, symptoms, and nursing assessment information.
- Good judgment and ability to recognize changes in a child’s health condition.
- Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and attentive when working with children.
- Ability to follow healthcare procedures, care instructions, and safety protocols.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and supervisors.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with healthcare professionals and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Observe children’s behavior, development, physical condition, and general well-being.
- Monitor children for changes in behavior, symptoms, activity levels, appetite, sleep, and overall health.
- Assess and monitor the health condition of pediatric patients as required.
- Measure and record pediatric vital signs accurately, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when appropriate.
- Collect and document patient medical histories, symptoms, and relevant health information.
- Conduct basic nursing assessments and report significant findings to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
- Recognize signs of illness, injury, discomfort, or changes in a child’s condition and report concerns promptly.
- Assist with routine pediatric care and health-related activities according to established procedures.
- Follow instructions provided by parents, guardians, nurses, physicians, or supervisors regarding the child’s care.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of observations, health conditions, vital signs, and care provided.
- Ensure children are supervised appropriately and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Assist children with age-appropriate personal care and daily activities when necessary.
- Provide reassurance, comfort, and emotional support to children under care.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents, guardians, healthcare personnel, and supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of children’s personal, medical, and family information.
- Follow proper hygiene, infection prevention, and health and safety procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, unusual behavior, or health concerns immediately through the proper channels.
- Perform other child care and health-related duties assigned by management or supervisors.
