A-TRUST COOPERATIVE is seeking qualified and physically fit Carpentry Workers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) to work in Japan. The successful candidates will assist with carpentry and construction-related tasks, using hand tools and equipment while following workplace safety standards and instructions. Selected candidates will also undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge before deployment.
CARPENTRY (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 20–37 years old.
- At least High School graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing manual construction work.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, measurements, and construction procedures.
- Willing to learn Japanese carpentry methods, workplace practices, and safety procedures.
- Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
- Good work attitude, discipline, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry and construction-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist with the preparation, cutting, shaping, and assembly of wood and other construction materials.
- Measure and mark materials accurately according to work requirements.
- Use carpentry hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and properly.
- Assist skilled carpenters with construction, installation, and finishing activities.
- Assemble wooden components, frames, structures, and other carpentry materials.
- Perform basic drilling, cutting, fastening, sanding, and finishing work.
- Prepare materials and tools needed for daily carpentry activities.
- Follow technical instructions, measurements, drawings, and work procedures.
- Check completed work for proper alignment, dimensions, and quality.
- Handle and move construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean and good working condition.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Follow workplace health and safety rules and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Cooperate with supervisors, skilled workers, and other members of the construction team.
- Maintain proper work discipline and attendance throughout the training and employment period.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and learn Japanese workplace practices.
- Perform other carpentry and construction duties assigned by the supervisor.

- If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
- Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
- High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
- Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
- PEOS certificate and e-registration
- One (1) long expanding brown envelope
