QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns
• Knowledgeable to drive at least #5 category driving license.
• Must know how to build pre-fabricated houses and building up to rough finish carpentry
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
