WATERPROOFER & ROOFER
Qualifications:
- With at least recent 3 years experience as WATERPROOFER & ROOFER.
- Can confidently speak and understand English language.
- Age not older than 45 years old and with valid Passport on hand.
Responsibilities:
- Cover roof with tiles, sheets and shingles to form a waterproof surface.
- Installation of polymer roofing.
- Placing and securing waterproof sheets over eaves.
- Sizing and cutting roofing material to fit around vents, chimney edges, corners and ridges.
- Slipping roofing material under pre-fabricated flashing and nailing it down.
- Caulking and flashing exposed nail heads to prevent leaks.
