CAKE DECORATOR

Qualifications:

• Diploma certificate or its equivalent in the field of baked goods &
  cakes
• International certificates in food safety & health
• Practical courses in the field of baked cakes
• Proficiency in spoken & written English
• Must be computer savvy and literate.
• With knowledge in Microsoft office
• Knowledge of using 3D printer to prepare various molds
• Knowledge of using modern Machines & equipments
• Knowledge of using modern methods & techniques in preparing & decorating cake
• Knowledge in the design & decoration of various forms of cake
• Provides creative idea in cake decorating arts
• Knowledge of food culture in raw material
• Time management professional in preparations
• Good behaviour, ability to communicate with colleagues

Job Description:

• Designing and decorating cakes according to customers’ specifications.
• Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.
