C4 Technicians (FIRE ALARM)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 2 years Vocational Course in Electronics or Communications Technology.
• At least 3 years working experience preferably in Telecommunications company .Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Principles, Theory, Methods, Materials, and Equipment used in the operation and maintenance of electronic communications systems as above
• Knowledgeable and hands on experience in FIRE ALARM DETECTION SYSTEMS.
• Familiarity in Computerised access control system, CCTV, LAN Data transmission systems, and PABX switching networks

Responsibilities:

• Installing, programming, testing and repairing electronics and communication equipment’s, including but not limited to: Optical fiber cable networks and transmission terminal equipment;
• PABX switching networks (both digital & analogue);CCTV surveillance systems; Computerized building management systems; Local Area Network data transmission systems;
• Public address systems, Trunked radio systems, Stand-by power systems, Voice logging equipment, Master clock systems
• Making field testing’s to determine cause of interruptions or interference’s in operation.
• Planning, reviewing and prioritizing the work; maintaining knowledge of current and emerging communication technologies.
• Care and maintenance of all specialized tools and equipments allocated either as long-term loan or personal issue.
• Adhering to ACGC / Client Tool Control Procedures, as and when required.
• Assisting in the execution of the training program among Saudi Trainees, whenever required. Working with limited supervision
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Performing any other tasks as may be required.
• Authorized to execute tasks as delegated by the C4 Supervisor and/or the Site Superintendent.
