Qualifications:

• Gender: Male or Female.
• Age: 30 to 45 years old.
• Educational Attainment: At least a high school graduate; a diploma in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Butler in a 4- or 5-star hotel, airline, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
• Experience in preparing mocktails, bartending, housekeeping, or table setup is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional grooming.
• Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and high standards of personal service.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comply with the employer’s requirements.
• Passport: Must have a ready passport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy.
• Welcome guests professionally and assist with their requests, preferences, and special requirements.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including mocktails and other refreshments, according to established service standards.
• Assist with table setup, dining arrangements, food and beverage service, and other hospitality duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms, service areas, and assigned spaces.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure that rooms and facilities meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Arrange dining areas, tableware, linens, and other service items according to proper hospitality procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to requests.
• Handle guest belongings and personal information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with company grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
• Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
