BUTCHER / SMALLGOODS MAKER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
• Technical college qualification in food science, smallgoods production, butchery trade or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate recipes for production of smallgoods like sausages, hams, smoked chicken, longanisa, beef jerky, salami.
• Train factory staff to use machinery and technical aspects of smallgoods manufacturing.
• Ordering of raw materials such as flavors, preservatives, meats, spare parts and packaging materials
