BARLINE KITCHEN OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this position.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and ensures the quality of all intermediate items needed for the entire shift consumption and succeeding shift in accordance with the standard recipe and established standard operating procedures
• Read production and test data, such as processing steps, temperature and steam readings, cooking time, batches processed and test results.
• Collect and examine product samples during production in order to test them for quality color, content, consistency, viscosity, acidity and/or specific gravity.
• Operator should have experience in Kitchen Operation in Chocolate/Confectionary preferably with Klockner – Hansel equipment.
• Weighing ingredients, using scales or measuring containers and avoidance of wastages
