Danube Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming café experience.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop/café.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company standards.
Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering coffee supplies and ingredients.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with training new baristas when needed.
