BAKER / PASTRY

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Previous experience in bread production, bakery, pastry, or confectionery production is required.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic baking and food preparation techniques.
  • Good attention to cleanliness, quality, and product presentation.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a variety of breads, fresh pastries, confectionery products, and cakes.
  • Follow standard recipes and proper baking techniques to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Prepare, shape, bake, decorate, and finish bakery and pastry products according to production requirements.
  • Check the quality, appearance, freshness, and consistency of finished products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, utensils, and baking tools.
  • Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards throughout the preparation and production process.
  • Assist with other bakery and pastry production duties as assigned.
