BABYSITTER

Qualifications:

• Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
• Experience as a babysitter or childcare worker is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in proper childcare practices and child safety procedures.
• Patient, caring, responsible, trustworthy, and attentive.
• Physically fit and able to perform childcare duties and daily household activities.
• Willing to work abroad and adapt to a new household and working environment.
• Able to follow instructions from parents, guardians, or employers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and attentive to children’s needs, routines, and safety.
• Willing to maintain cleanliness and organization in children’s rooms and play areas.
• Reliable, hardworking, respectful, and professional in dealing with the employer and family.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and responsible care and supervision for children at all times.
• Ensure the children’s safety, comfort, health, and well-being throughout the day.
• Assist children with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare and serve age-appropriate meals, snacks, and milk as needed.
• Follow parents’ or guardians’ instructions regarding children’s meals, schedules, routines, and activities.
• Monitor children’s eating, sleeping, play, and daily activity schedules.
• Keep children’s bedrooms, play areas, toys, and belongings clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, educational activities, reading, and recreational activities.
• Provide emotional support, patience, and positive interaction with children.
• Monitor children closely and identify potential safety hazards in their surroundings.
• Maintain proper hygiene when preparing food, handling bottles, and assisting children with personal care.
• Assist children in preparing for school, outings, appointments, or other scheduled activities when required.
• Accompany and supervise children during walks, playtime, and other approved activities.
• Maintain children’s belongings, clothing, toys, and personal items in an organized manner.
• Communicate important observations, concerns, or changes in the children’s condition or behavior to the parents or employer.
• Follow appropriate childcare, household safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family and household.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment.
• Perform other reasonable childcare and related household duties as assigned by the employer.
