ASSISTANT MANAGER-OPERATIONS

Job Responsibilities:

• College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality and customer service.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a hospitality or similar field.
• Must possess professional demeanor with the ability to resolve customer complaints and staff issues in a positive manner.
• Must possess flexible leadership style to accept, manage and execute changes in daily routine with competing priorities.

• NC2 Domestic Work Certificate
• Employment Certificate
