We are currently hiring highly skilled Aluminum Welder Fabricators for our clients in Australia.

Aluminum Welder Fabricator

QUALIFICATIONS:

To qualify for this job you must have:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as Welder Fabricator
• AMust be skilled in welding and fabrication of light gauge Aluminum for Balustrade, Fences, Gates, Louvres etc
•  MIG & TIG welding. 
• Can read and interpret plans or drawings
• Good English communication skills
• Be able to provide work references and salary evidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Some common task that you may have to perform include:

• Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
• Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock
• Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines
• Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering
• Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments
• Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision
• Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions
• Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiselling and grinding.
