Admin Officer/Executive

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• 45 years old and below
• Good communication skills
• With atleast 5 years work experience as Admin Officer/Executive in Retail/Wholesales/Merchandising companies.
• Must Have Work Experience in Wholesales/Retail/Merchandise companies.
• With Passport (atleast 2 years Valid)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Answer queries by employees and clients.

Requirements:

• Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
