Female Personal Trainer
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only, as specified in the job title.
- Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, or in a similar position.
- High school diploma or relevant educational qualification; a diploma or degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of various exercises, fitness techniques, and training methods.
- Ability to develop and modify exercise programs according to individual client needs.
- Ability to instruct, encourage, and motivate clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork and organizational skills.
- Proven CPR and First Aid experience or certification, as required by the employer.
- Ability to monitor fitness progress and promote safe exercise practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the client’s fitness level, physical condition, and health-related needs before developing an exercise program.
- Design and implement personalized workout plans based on the client’s fitness goals and abilities.
- Supervise and guide the client in performing exercise routines correctly and safely.
- Monitor the client’s physical progress and adjust training programs as needed.
- Modify exercise plans according to the client’s progress, preferences, and individual requirements.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques, physical fitness, nutrition, and general health-related questions within the scope of professional qualifications.
- Instruct and motivate the client to maintain consistent exercise habits and achieve fitness goals.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and promote safe workout practices.
- Maintain appropriate records of training sessions and the client’s fitness progress.
- Apply CPR and First Aid knowledge when responding to emergencies, within the scope of training and certification.
