KITCHEN WORKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Physically fit and able to perform kitchen duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Hardworking, reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, peel, cut, and slice fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for food preparation.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily ingredient preparation and kitchen operations.
• Receive, unload, organize, and properly store food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and designated storage areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking condiments, and other kitchen support tasks.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, workstations, storage areas, and other kitchen facilities.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, health, and waste disposal procedures at all times.
