Accurate Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking experienced Formwork Workers to support civil and infrastructure construction projects in New Zealand. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and installing formwork systems for concrete structures while assisting with steel fixing and concreting activities in accordance with construction plans, safety requirements, and quality standards.

FORMWORK WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting.
• Experience working on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Strong understanding of concrete works and reinforcement installation.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction site work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and site procedures.
• Has IELTS or PTE certification, or willing to take and pass either examination after short-term tutoring.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare formwork materials, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and positioning components.
• Assist with steel fixing and reinforcement installation works.
• Support concrete pouring, finishing, and related construction activities.
• Ensure formwork structures are properly aligned, secured, and ready for concrete placement.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.
• Perform other formwork and construction-related duties as assigned.
