Home Bakery is seeking an experienced and service-driven Floor Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure smooth front-of-house service, high customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a casual dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proven experience in supervising daily restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, guide, and support front-of-house staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and on-the-job training when needed.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Oversee compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Handle POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly dining environment.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR 3,200 – SAR 3,700 per month
• Food allowance: SAR 300 per month
• Accommodation: Provided
