Al Rashed Foods Company Limited is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspectors to join its production team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all bakery products meet company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements through strict inspection and monitoring of production processes.
Quality Inspector
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role in food production or bakery operations.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Experience in inspecting bakery products such as bread, pastries, and baked goods.
- Ability to identify defects, analyze production issues, and ensure product consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills with production teams.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished bakery products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Identify defects, non-conforming products, and production issues, and report findings promptly.
- Record inspection results accurately and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Verify proper labeling, packaging, and product specifications before distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain inspection records and documentation for audit and traceability purposes.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.

- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
