TAIMIDE Technology Inc., a leading manufacturer in the polyimide film industry, is seeking qualified Factory Workers for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidates will assist in production operations, machine handling, quality inspection, and material processing while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and production requirements.
FACTORY WORKER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Must be between 20 and 30 years old.
- Height requirement: 160 cm and above.
- At least a High School Graduate or higher educational attainment.
- With previous factory or manufacturing work experience.
- First-time overseas applicants only.
- Must not be color blind.
- Must not have clammy hands.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications is required.
- Must have no allergies to chemicals, ethyl alcohol, or similar industrial substances.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work shifts and perform production-related tasks.
- Willing to work in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in the manufacturing, processing, and packaging of polyimide film products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are achieved.
- Conduct visual inspections of products and materials to identify defects or irregularities.
- Handle raw materials, chemicals, and production supplies safely and responsibly.
- Record production data and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
- Follow company safety regulations, quality standards, and operating procedures at all times.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring materials within the production facility.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns to supervisors.
- Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other factory-related duties as assigned by management.
