Asinta Corporation is seeking qualified Chemical Engineers for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting chemical manufacturing operations, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards in a chemical and metal container manufacturing environment.
CHEMICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
- Must be 35 years old and below.
- Height requirement: 160 cm and above.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, production operations, or quality control is an advantage.
- Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome to apply, preferably with at least three (3) years of completed contract experience.
- Must not be afraid of heights and should be capable of working in elevated areas when required.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, manufacturing systems, and industrial safety practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions to prevent production disruptions.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and operational records.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to achieve production objectives.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting process-related concerns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and process evaluations.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to chemical handling and manufacturing operations.
