Healthcare Assistance / Caregiver

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Nursing or related field
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare assistance is preferred
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach to care
  • Ability to follow care plans and company procedures accurately
  • Adaptable, reliable, and positive attitude toward work

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality emotional, social, and personal care support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Follow individualized care plans and ensure all care is delivered according to Comfort Home Care Ltd standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided, client condition, and progress.
  • Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in training and follow continuous care improvement practices.
