Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest is seeking experienced and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional food and beverage service while maintaining high hospitality standards in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Waiter/Waitress

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least a High School graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry.
• Candidate must possess a valid passport.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience working on a cruise ship and/or in a 4–5 star hotel is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.
• Take guest orders accurately and serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of dining areas.
• Set up and clear tables according to hotel service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere for guests.
• Support team operations and contribute to efficient restaurant service.
