Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including order picking and forklift operation
- TESDA Forklift NCII certificate is required
- Not more than 35 years old
- Able to operate RF terminals and/or Voice Systems
- Knowledge in proper stacking, handling, and palletizing of goods
- Experience in cold storage areas is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods according to orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse (TESDA Forklift NCII certificate required)
- Use RF terminals and/or Voice Systems for picking tasks
- Ensure proper stacking, handling, and palletizing of goods
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies
- Work in cold storage areas as required (advantage if experienced)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
