Kitchen Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen setting
- At least 2 years of working experience in food service or kitchen operations
- High school graduate or higher
- Strong knowledge of food production, safety, and hygiene standards
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign daily tasks and duties
- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of kitchen areas
- Assist in stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support the Head Chef in training and developing new kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Address operational issues and assist in problem-solving during service
