WATER TREATMENT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Water Quality Technology, or High School Diploma / Vocational Course in a related field
  • Candidates must be 38 years old and below
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SCADA operations, preferably in:
    • Water treatment plants
    • Desalination facilities
  • Knowledgeable in SCADA-based monitoring and control systems
  • Ability to respond to alarms and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Strong coordination skills for working with maintenance teams
  • Understanding of plant processes, optimization, and efficiency practices
  • Basic technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and under operational pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor water treatment and desalination plant systems via SCADA
  • Respond promptly to alarms and system alerts
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure continuous plant performance
  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for repairs and system support
  • Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations at all times
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust controls as needed
  • Maintain accurate operational logs and reports
  • Support process optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Follow strict safety and operational procedures

Salary Offer:

  • Salary: 2,200 – 3,000 SAR/Month
  • Food Allowance: 300 SAR/Month
  • Accommodation: Provided
  • Transportation: Provided
