CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman
• Proven experience in leading construction teams on building projects
• Strong background in:
  • Structural construction
  • Building works
  • Facility construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and site management practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction site conditions

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead construction workers on-site to ensure efficient project execution
• Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities to the construction team
• Ensure all construction work follows project specifications and safety standards
• Monitor work progress and report updates to project management
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed on-site
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure project deadlines and productivity targets are met
• Maintain daily site reports and documentation

Salary and Benefits:

• SALARY 2,500 USD/MONTH
• Accommodation- PROVIDED
• Transportation- PROVIDED
• 1 YEAR CONTRACT (RENEWABLE if mutually agreed)
