Paintless Dent Repair Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
• Experience in automotive body repair or car detailing services
• Skilled in removing dents, dings, and hail damage without affecting vehicle paint
• Knowledge of PDR tools and techniques (rods, glue pulling, dent lifting)
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to work in varying positions
• Basic communication skills (English)
• Willing to learn and adapt to company standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair method
• Use specialized tools to remove dents without repainting
• Ensure high-quality finish with no visible defects
• Inspect completed work to meet company standards
• Maintain tools and ensure proper handling of equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors regarding repair jobs
