Sushi Rolling Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Specialization in sushi rolling, including proper assembly, cutting, and presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure proper rolling techniques, including tightness, uniformity, and clean cutting of sushi.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and hygiene.
- Prepare ingredients such as rice, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
