ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience in electrical supervision or related roles.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Willing to work on-site in Mozambique.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, including diagnosing complex electrical malfunctions and implementing effective repair solutions.
- Supervise on-site electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
- Develop detailed work plans and schedules for electrical activities.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics accurately.
- Coordinate daily tasks with other departments, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and project integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports as required by management.
