SCAFFOLDING WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Must have experience in installation and dismantling of scaffolding
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Good English communication skills
• Must have TESDA NC II Certificate in Construction or related field
• Must be willing to learn Japanese language and culture
• Must have no visible tattoos
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Physically fit and able to perform construction work

Responsibilities:

• Install and dismantle scaffolding structures at construction sites
• Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and compliant with safety standards
• Work at heights while following proper safety procedures
• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before use
• Assist in transporting and organizing scaffolding components
• Follow site instructions and Japanese construction safety practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
