Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years continuous experience in a large fast food chain
• Maximum age: 40 years old
• Must be at least a High School Graduate with either 1-year vocational course or 1 year college education
• Minimum of 5 years total experience in restaurant or food service management
• Must be currently employed or not unemployed for more than 6 months
• Must be able to provide Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Manage staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control to achieve business targets
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure availability of stocks and materials

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
