BA Motor Parts PTE Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to support financial operations in the Fiji Islands. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, is familiar with accounting systems, and can ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.

Accounts Clerk

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to work abroad
• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Background in SAP software is an advantage
• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and financial reports
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions
• Assist in audits and compliance with company financial procedures
• Utilize accounting software (SAP is an advantage) for daily tasks
