Executive Admin Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative roles (Admin Clerk, Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant)
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphic/presentation design
- Advanced computer skills, fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Male applicants preferred
- Filipino applicants currently in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, process orders, and address complaints professionally
- Design testing procedures and control equipment to assess products and identify areas for improvement
- Perform various office procedures, timekeeping, and clerical duties using computerized systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist in graphic design and presentation materials for internal and client-facing projects
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in English
- Support management in decision-making by providing accurate data and analysis
