CNC Operator (Milling/Lathe)

Qualifications:

• High school Graduate or ALS certified
• TESDA National Certificate or equivalent. (CNC Milling / Lathe Machine Operation)
• Should have at least 5-6 years’ experience in the designated machine brand; Doosan PUMA (Fanuc control) and Okuma (OSP or IGF control) lathes.
• No driver’s license required.
• Can converse in English
• 2–3 years of actual CNC-related experience

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with given specifications, procedures, plans, and deadlines.
• Obtain the necessary knowledge and information for the efficient use of machinery.
• Carry out post-processing of products.
• Maintain necessary communication with the immediate supervisor and recommend solutions in connection with production-related challenges.
• Seek cost-saving and efficient measures in production.
• Implement required health and safety measures in connection with work performance.
• Perform quality control in accordance with applicable plans and procedures.
• Maintain goof order in their own workspace and in areas designated as common areas.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and training activities.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
