Merchandiser Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in retail or supermarket operations.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of merchandisers across assigned store locations.
  • Ensure proper product placement, display standards, and stock availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse and store teams.
  • Implement merchandising plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate merchandising staff performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends, stock levels, and merchandising activities.
