Bahrain Dalla For Food Factory is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Specialist to oversee quality assurance and control within the food manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international food safety standards, lead quality initiatives, and maintain consistent product excellence.

QA/QC SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, 30–45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in quality roles within food manufacturing (preferably spices, nuts, lentils, coffee, or dry food products)
• Certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP are an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of food safety, lab testing, aflatoxin control, moisture control, and audit management
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management
• Excellent communication, team management, and training skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor food safety management systems, including HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, BRC, and GMP standards
• Conduct lab testing, monitor moisture and aflatoxin levels, and ensure product conformity
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality and safety
• Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Develop and deliver training for staff on food safety and quality practices
• Manage QA/QC team and coordinate with production for corrective actions
• Analyze quality data and recommend improvements to processes and products
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and international certifications

We also get our dry roast nuts from countries like India, Vietnam, Brazil, Sri Lanka, China and Indonesia.
