Al Moalem Institute Co. W.L.L. is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting and Finance Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating learners on accounting principles, financial management, and industry practices while fostering an engaging learning environment.

Accounting and Finance Trainer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or training roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Professional attitude with strong personal attributes

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions in accounting and finance subjects
• Develop training materials, modules, and lesson plans
• Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with current accounting standards and financial practices
• Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning experiences
• Maintain training records and reports
• Support trainees in developing professional and technical skills
