Raw Coffee Shop is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with coffee and tea preparation, maintain equipment in good working condition, and provide excellent customer service.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a barista or in a similar role
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
• Ability to operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea
• Clean and polish utensils, coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment used in food and beverage preparation
• Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs as needed
• Promote and recommend menu options to customers
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
