Chef de Partie (Kitchen)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the Food and Beverage industry or related field.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Diploma or relevant training certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a specific kitchen station (e.g., saucier, poissonier, pastry), ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food items meet quality, safety, and presentation requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
• Train, supervise, and support commis chefs, junior chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
