Assistant Worker/Laborer
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a laborer or in construction-related work.
- Hands-on experience in concrete work and industrial flooring.
- Ability to spread concrete efficiently and assist with masonry tasks.
- Knowledge of safe handling and unloading of construction materials and equipment.
- Capable of maintaining tools and machines in proper condition.
- Proficient in English communication for effective teamwork.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual and demanding tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload and handle materials, machines, and equipment under the guidance of the brigade leader.
- Support basic site preparation, including covering surfaces, spreading materials, and handling spare iron.
- Assist skilled masons with daily construction tasks and concrete work.
- Participate in industrial flooring tasks, including spreading and leveling concrete.
- Maintain and clean tools, machines, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work site.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
