Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Offset Printer Operator.
- Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and machine operations.
- Skilled in machine setup, including handling of ink systems, cylinders, and plates.
- Ability to monitor and maintain high print quality standards.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Physically fit to perform production-related tasks.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate offset printing machines according to production requirements.
- Prepare and install necessary materials such as ink, cylinders, and printing plates.
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and perform minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and basic repairs.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Record production data and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.
