Folding Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Folding Machine Operator.
- Proven experience in operating Müller Martini Alegro and Wohlenberg Vento machines.
- Strong knowledge of PUR and hotmelt binding processes.
- Ability to set up and adjust machines according to job specifications.
- Experience in handling and preparing printed materials for production.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage folding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Set up folding machines based on job orders and production requirements.
- Handle and load printed materials accurately for folding processes.
- Operate specialized equipment such as:
- Müller Martini Alegro (18 stations, PUR/hotmelt + precut)
- Wohlenberg Vento (12 stations, PUR/hotmelt)
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal output and quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, machine upkeep, minor repairs, and regular cleaning.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of machinery.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors.
