METAL PAINTER (AUTO-PAINTING WORK) (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants aged 25–35 years old.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in metal or auto-painting work.
- Physically and emotionally fit to perform painting tasks.
- Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training (free of charge).
- Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto-painting and metal painting tasks according to specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming.
- Mix, apply, and finish paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects.
- Follow safety protocols and properly handle painting materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.

- Salary: 145,429 / month
