FACTORY WORKER / PLASTIC MOLDING INJECTION

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Prior experience in factory work or production is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions.
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in Japan under local work regulations and company policies.
• Candidates will receive training for injection molding operations if necessary.
• Must comply with Japanese workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines for production.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper molding processes.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure proper operation.
• Follow production schedules and adhere to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any machine issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality requirements.

• Diploma/TESDA Certificate
